Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Some products may require up to 14 business days for processing. If your order includes one of these items, the longer processing time will apply before shipment.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders totaling more than $100 (after discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated).
  • Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will have shipping charges calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, item price, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping

  • Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Shipping carriers may vary depending on the destination.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages. This may occur because items are stocked at different locations or have different processing times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

Although we work to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities unless otherwise stated.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed for shipment.
